Up-to-date, automated equipment, directed by comprehensive computer and gear cutting manufacturing expertise from a gear blank to final gear inspection. We combine thorough understanding of state-of-the-art gear hobbing, gear shaping and gear grinding systems with complete dedication to your specifications and schedule. Our gear inspection equipment certifies our quality and ensures our conformance and registration to AS9100 Revision D. We also use statistical process controls for monitoring and measuring quality. This is a feature that is also integrated into our inspection equipment.
