In fact, the first piece of equipment we acquired was our M & M Universal CNC Gear Inspection System. We offer gear analysis as well as statistical process control and monitoring.

The closest thing to a manual machining system in our facility is the pencil sharpener. First Gear started with a simple production philosophy: Use only the best! As a result, our production floor consists of machines that are incredibly precise, infinitely repetitive and most include auto-loading capability. We can run with consistently accurate results.
